1. Provide exemplary customer service, delivering professional and knowledgeable assistance to clients during store hours.
2. Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, maintaining stockroom organization according to company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize client and business needs.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
