1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Check in visual elements and report missing/damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are upheld.
10. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or managers.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and attend to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
