1. Provide exceptional client service and support during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Ensure adherence to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and sampling policies.
10. Participate in inventory control and loss prevention programs.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
