1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
7. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
9. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD$19.20 to CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
