Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable experience for customers during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines, and communicate any missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
8. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or the Store Manager.
9. Participate in inventory control activities and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
