Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable experience for customers during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines, and communicate any missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
- Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or the Store Manager.
- Participate in inventory control activities and be cross-trained in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
