Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide exceptional client service during store hours, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Efficiently receive and process shipments, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
- Manage transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
- Ensure all visual elements are checked in and report any missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or the store manager.
- Ensure adherence to sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, ideally in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, dependent on qualifications and experience.
