1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently receive and process shipments, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Manage transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
7. Ensure all visual elements are checked in and report any missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or the store manager.
9. Ensure adherence to sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control activities.
11. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, ideally in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, dependent on qualifications and experience.
