Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exemplary client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and communicate any missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to supervisors or managers.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, ideally within a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
