1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing stockroom per company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or store manager.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently maintained.
8. Participate in inventory control and comply with sampling policies.
9. Be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
