Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
- Provide exemplary client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Efficiently handle shipment receipt and processing, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
- Ensure adherence to safety and tidiness standards at all times.
- Participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Capability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, particularly in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
