1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Deliver exceptional client service, providing knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and communicate any issues to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
9. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory concerns to management.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multitasking while addressing client and business needs.
4. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include working in a fragrance-filled environment, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and bending and stretching to stock shelves.
