Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and communicate inventory issues to supervisors.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage/loss.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
4. Problem-solving and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD$19.85 to CAD$24.80 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
