Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
8. Check in visual elements and report missing/damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained.
10. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
