Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably within a stockroom setting.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
