1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable interaction.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing inventory shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently handle shipment receipt and processing, and maintain stockroom organization.
6. Manage transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer use and arithmetic.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication abilities.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
