Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and update merchandise.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora’s merchandising standards.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
8. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD$19.20 to CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
