Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
7. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr with potential for performance-based bonuses.
