Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure stockroom organization and timely merchandise updates.
2. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Efficiently process shipment receipt and organize stockroom according to company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers as per company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Contribute to inventory control and participate in cross-training for cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.

High School diploma or equivalent.
