Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure stockroom organization and timely merchandise updates.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Efficiently process shipment receipt and organize stockroom according to company standards.
- Handle transfers, damages, and testers as per company protocols.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Contribute to inventory control and participate in cross-training for cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
High School diploma or equivalent.
