1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support the maintenance of Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards and communicate inventory issues to supervisors.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexibility in availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
