Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and execute merchandise updates.
2. Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable approach during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Efficiently process shipment receipt and stockroom organization per company guidelines.
6. Manage transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company standards.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
8. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
