Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing promptly and organize stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer usage and arithmetic.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
