Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable interaction during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring timely stockroom organization.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company standards.
6. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
