Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are upheld.
9. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control and cross-training in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively.
4. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
