1. Provide exemplary client service, offering knowledgeable and professional assistance during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring timely organization of the stockroom.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company standards.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include working in a fragrance-filled environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending and stretching to stock shelves.
