Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Check in all visual elements and report missing/damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are upheld.
10. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control.
13. Cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer use and arithmetic.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
