Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service with professionalism and expertise during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently process shipment receipt and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
8. Ensure adherence to sampling policies and inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

3. Effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
4. Problem-solving and communication proficiency.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
