1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure organized stockroom and timely merchandise updates.
2. Deliver exceptional client service and assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently process shipment receipts and organize stockroom per company standards.
5. Manage transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company protocols.
6. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
