1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide exceptional client service, offering knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing inventory shortage and loss.
6. Efficiently process shipment receipt and maintain stockroom organization per company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
9. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

3. Capability to multitask and manage time effectively.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
