Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide exceptional client service and support during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone in accordance with Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments and maintain stockroom organization.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
- Participate in inventory control and shortage reduction programs.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
High School diploma or equivalent.
