1. Provide exceptional client service and support during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone in accordance with Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments and maintain stockroom organization.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
8. Participate in inventory control and shortage reduction programs.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational capabilities.
3. Ability to multitask effectively while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.

High School diploma or equivalent.
