1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
4. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing and maintaining the stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
8. Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, ideally within a stockroom setting.

High School diploma or equivalent.
