Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service by offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently handle shipment receipt and processing, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and report any inventory issues to supervisors.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and loss prevention programs.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
