Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and report any missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
6. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
7. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
8. Participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
