1. Provide exceptional client service during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Adhere to Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
