1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to organize the warehouse and update merchandising displays.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile register operators.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization in line with company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers according to company policies.
9. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
10. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
11. Enforce sample policies and participate in inventory audits.
12. Undergo training to perform cashier duties as needed.
