Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and ensure compliance with Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining the stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards, and communicate any missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
8. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or the Store Manager.
9. Participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
