Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile register operators.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers following company policies.
9. Ensure all visual elements are checked and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
12. Enforce sample policies and procedures.
13. Participate in inventory audits.
14. Receive training for cashier duties as designated.
