1. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cash wrap hosts and consultants on register operations.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash wrap area.
4. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
5. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
6. Organize and maintain the warehouse in accordance with company standards.
7. Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers as per company protocols.
8. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
9. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
10. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
11. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
12. Participate in inventory audits.
13. Selected consultants will receive training to perform cash wrap host duties.
