1. Provide exemplary client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Ensure adherence to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Receive and process shipments promptly.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are upheld.
9. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or managers.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control.
12. Be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

6. Strong communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr, with potential performance-based bonuses.
