Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
4. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, and organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
7. Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
9. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while being attentive to the needs of clients and the business.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
