Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce loss.
- Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
- Check in visual elements and report any missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
- Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or the Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
- Be cross-trained in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
