Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance.
2. Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Efficiently process shipment receipt and organize stockroom per company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures.
8. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication abilities.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
