Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce loss.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
