Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage reduction programs.
5. Receive and process shipments promptly and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
