1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support merchandising concepts and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
5. Receive and process shipments promptly and maintain stockroom organization.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
4. Problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
