Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandise updates.
2. Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile register consultants.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash area.
5. Understand and implement Sephora's merchandising concepts.
6. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortages and losses.
7. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
8. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
9. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers as per company guidelines.
10. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
11. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
12. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
13. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
14. Participate in inventory audits.
15. Some consultants may receive training to perform cashier duties.
