Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Contribute to training cashiers and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Apply Sephora merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers in compliance with company policies.
9. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report stock issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
12. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
13. Participate in stock audits.
14. Designated consultants may receive training to perform cashier duties.
