1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and execute merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cash wrap hosts and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash wrap area.
5. Implement Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
8. Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers in line with company protocols.
9. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
12. Enforce sample policies and participate in inventory audits.
13. Receive training to perform cash wrap host duties if designated.
