1. Provide exemplary client service by offering knowledgeable and professional assistance during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing inventory shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring timely organization of the stockroom.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company standards.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently upheld.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisory staff and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
9. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multitasking capabilities while attending to client and business needs.
4. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80, dependent on qualifications and experience.
