Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
7. Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
9. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient computer skills.
2. Strong arithmetic and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.40- CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
