1. Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and update merchandising.
2. Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cash hosts and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shrink and loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
8. Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers in line with company protocols.
9. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
11. Report inventory issues to supervisors or store managers.
12. Enforce sample policies and procedures.
13. Participate in inventory audits.
14. Some consultants may be trained to fulfill cash host duties.
