Sephora Operations Consultant

- Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and update merchandising.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cash hosts and consultants on register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash area.
- Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shrink and loss prevention programs.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
- Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers in line with company protocols.
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Report inventory issues to supervisors or store managers.
- Enforce sample policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory audits.
- Some consultants may be trained to fulfill cash host duties.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Operations Supervisor and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain warehouse and store standards.
