1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cash wrap hosts and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash wrap area.
5. Support the implementation of Sephora's merchandising concepts.
6. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
7. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
8. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
9. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers per company guidelines.
10. Verify visual elements and report discrepancies to the Operations Supervisor.
11. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
12. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
13. Enforce sample policies and procedures.
14. Participate in inventory audits.
15. Designated consultants will receive training to perform cash wrap host duties.
